6. Am I able to nominate my cohabiting partner to receive a pension if I die?
You are only able to nominate a cohabiting partner if you retired after the 1st April 2008. Any pensioners who retired before this date do not have this option open to them. To nominate your cohabiting partner, complete and return to us the ‘nomination of cohabiting partner form’ |
